Garrett specializes in representing tenants and landlords in acquiring/leasing industrial properties throughout the Baltimore/Washington region. He uses his extensive market knowledge and tenacious work ethic to maximize value for his clients and make transitions as seamless as possible for both parties involved. Throughout the course of his career, Garrett has worked on a number of significant transactions with both local and national corporations, consisting of over $30 million in total consideration.
Grant leads the marketing team, providing strategic direction and guidance for all marketing efforts across business development, property marketing, and growth. He is responsible for the expansion of our brand—employing unique storytelling, cultivating exceptional client-focused marketing solutions, and utilizing state-of-the-art technology mediums to produce innovative concepts and top-quality marketing deliverables.
Kyle focuses on the coordination of client information, overall organization and management of the team. He is responsible for property marketing and the production of marketing deliverables, preparing pitch materials, email development and distribution, interfacing with clients, preparing a range of documents, arranging meeting and assisting in presentations.
